PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet in inventory or is produced in limited batches.
Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 48 hours, or once production has officially begun (whichever occurs first), pre-orders are considered final sale and cannot be cancelled.
Production commencement may be communicated via website update, email notification, or official social media announcement.
Custom / Made-to-Order Items
Custom, made-to-order, and lodge-commissioned items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
