SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing times for pre-orders, custom, or made-to-order items may vary and will be communicated on the product listing.


Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing
International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Carriers & Tracking

We ship using USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on order size and destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and order size.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the order. Refunds for returned packages will be issued minus original shipping costs.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

Mark Well Accessories is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

• Check with household members or neighbors
• Contact your local post office or carrier
• File a claim directly with the carrier if necessary

We will provide any documentation reasonably needed to assist with a carrier claim.


Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply.

Mark Well Accessories is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees will be refunded minus original shipping costs and any return shipping charges incurred.
